Mine disappeared around 24hrs ago. At first I thought I hope this is not to do with a current account that I just closed after a switch completion to First Direct. However looking at the comments on Facebook this is affecting many people where Natwest reply saying they are aware but have not seemingly made any general statement about it. Its still visible if you login via a browser so its just the app.
Mine is still missing a month later even after they updated the app. Time to look at cancelling it.
Did you get to the bottom of this? I have been unable to view my CC online or in the app since end of April - spent ages on the phone, passed around different numbers then given an email address to contact. First reply asked me for some details which I didn’t have so I replied saying I didn’t know what they were asking for, only for them to come back to me saying they don’t deal with CC issues. I don’t have any other NatWest accounts so I’m currently totally blind to me CC account!
Luckily for me after about 2 months missing it just re-appeared. Asking Natwest for help was hopeless. Just canned message “we are aware of an issue” but not timelines for resolution. I did mention about leaving as had already shifted my Current Account I had since 1995 over to First Direct.
So frustrating. I think I’m going to have to go into branch and just start asking for paper statements just so I can have visibility. Not ideal. Thank you anyway! Hopefully it will reappear some time!

Nope it’s “unavailable” on both the app and online 🤦🏻♀️ sounds like it’s a bigger problem than everyone else’s so will just have to pop onto a branch I think.
