Distribution yield - help with translating the datasheet

This is from a fund datasheet I am looking at:
"The Distribution Yield reflects the amounts that may be expected to be distributed over the next twelve months as a percentage of the mid-market unit price of the fund as at the date shown and is based on a snapshot of the portfolio on that day. It includes the fund’s ongoing charges but does not include any preliminary charge and investors may be subject to tax on distributions."
So if in the same datasheet it says
Distribution Yield: 5.27%
Ongoing Charges Figure (OCF) per year: 0.15%
Ongoing Charges Figure (OCF) per year: 0.15%
Was the net yield at 5.27% or 5.12%?
I would hold in an ISA so am I correct in that there is no tax on the distributions?

The 5.27% is the estimated yield after all ongoing fund charges.
