Hi,
Is there anything I can do? I signed up to one of the cheap plans as I don't really need to use my phone much as we have WiFi but then last month and this month I have a lot going on and no WiFi. My mobile internet has not restarted for the new month. Non existent customer service. Last month I got through to them and this month I can't get through to them via calling. Messaged on FB and emailed.
Is there a way to cancel and just get my money back for the remaining 6 months? It was a one off payment for 12 months.

Is there a reason you dont want to add a data add-on?0

Try texting "info all" to 669 to see if any bundles are active.0

So your wifi has stopped so you have lost your data connection at home.
I would be looking to get that sorted, or buy a data bundle to add to your RWG phone to keep you going until the wifi issue is fixed.
Cancelling the RWG contract is certainly not going to fix your problem.0 -
When was your plan due to refresh? I don't really understand how long you have been without your mobile internet as you say 'last month I got through to them', what did they say then? If you cancel or pac your number it will be your choice to leave so you will get nothing back unless they have accepted they can no longer provide a service to you. Are you receiving a 4g (or 5g) signal from them? Did the plan include calls/texts and can you still make those (and if so are they being charged if you have a credit balance?)newtimes2021 said:Hi,
