LISA vs Help to Buy ISA

Hello everyone,
I currently have a Help to Buy ISA with £11,000 saved, but want to take advantage of the bigger house price cap of the LISA. I can wait 12 months to be able to benefit from the LISA.
How do I make the most of the money I have now without losing out on any interest / government bonuses?
Should I move £4,000 now. £4,000 in April and then the rest in April 2025 or is there a better way of doing this please?
Thank you,
