Missold car finance

I see the email address on the tool has changed to motorcommissionenquiries@mobilize-fs.com since I sent my first email so I emailed them on that too. No immediate response. You'd think they'd bother to set up an auto response with the dedicated email address but it seems not. Probably just easier for them to ignore all emails going there without having to look through them in case of unrelated queries.

They can ignore them until September after the FCA finishes - if they knew they didn't use DCA they could probably just delete them all though they won't
Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

Hi all I bought a car on PCP in 2019 and am thinking how to approach this whole subject. What is your opinion on these car finance claim companies that do the claim for you?0

Simplest thing - send an email to the firm you bought the car from asking if your sale involved DCA and if so, you want to register with them and then wait until September/October for the reviewSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:

I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.1 -
