  • Hello, I'd love to join this challenge,  I'm quite bad for forgetting what I have and just buying more 'just incase'. Not done a stock take yet but I have gathered all my toiletries on a shelf 😬 will update later tonight with what I want to use this month.
    Welcome to the challenge!

    Thanks for starting the new thread @Clutterbug07 and welcome @Geriatricmum

    Ended up doing a bit of a declutter last month and let go of a few makeup products that were definitely past their best but also used up a lot of other products too, totalling about 54 items for just 1 month!

    So far in February I have finished:

    Paul Smith Rose perfume sample - quite inoffensive to me, nice simple scent profile but didn't have a lot of staying power.  Have A LOT of perfume samples to work through after buying a few of the Escentual blind sample boxes a couple of years ago.  Currently on L'Eau d'Issey Rose (started with the Rose theme box)

    Lush Magical Santa - WBA, like the scent of this and the effect in the bath.  Have a lot more bath stuff to work through from Christmas gifts

    Guerlain Meteorites Mini in Beige Chic - Love these to add a little glow to the skin.  These were an ebay purchase many many years ago and have managed to track down a replacement.  The small size lasts absolutely ages and I think I bought the last lot about a decade ago 🤯

    Glamglow Supermud Mask mini - WBA, love the glamglow masks, just very sad that they're no longer sold here.

    Vitamasques Black and Gold Dust Sheet Mask - The last of the sheet masks, was ok, nothing special.  Going to go out and buy the body shop rose mask at the weekend to see if that's a contender for a more sustainable moisturising mask for me.

    Lush Supermilk Sample - was ok, scent was nice, not sure it was any better or any worse than the other leave in conditioners I've used.

    Have also decided on my PP list for the month:

    3 more Perfume samples
    1 Glamglow Mask
    UD Last Call Eyeshadow
    TBS Pink Grapefruit Hand Cream
    Bobbi Brown Longwear Concealer
    Laura Mercier Primer
    TBS Spiced Orange Body Yogurt
    Lush Curl Cream
    Emergency Fund - £8572.39 / £10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2025 - £
    LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000
    Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 2017

    @Clutterbug07 I love hitting pan. Have 3 eyeshadows which are on the cusp.
    Hitting pan is so satisfying isn't it!  The Two Faced one took way longer than I thought as the dip was huge, and then that Beauty Bay one was a complete surprise as I didn't know how deep their pastel palette is as this was my first pan for the palette- both were very satisfying pans in different ways! <3

    Yes, I get a real thrill from it. I hit pan in one of my shadows yesterday- 1987 from the Urban Decay X Gwen Stefani palette.

    More UUS Original Source Mint & Tea Tree shower gel. The packaging annoyed me as it was getting difficult to squeeze the product out so I cut it in half and dumped the remainder in my bath.

    Nivea deodorant. Was my HG but decided to try ALDI own brand. It’s a wetter consistency so I have to remember to apply it early in my routine.

    OPI Suzi Sells Sushi by the Seashore. I think this was my oldest bottle of OPI. It had gone thick. I did also take 3 x bottles of nail colour to the charity shop last week.

    Lacura Vitamin C and Turmeric oil. Lovely product. Have moved onto The Inkey List Vitamin C and EDF Serum.  This was in my PP List so will update that in my next post.

    in ALDI today I found the Hyuloric serum which I think is an Elemis Superfood copy.  Bought 2 x.

    PP for February:

    1)Ted Baker violet and bergomot body souffle: NBI - this was part of a set I was gifted 2 christmasses ago, it also came with a body wash which I used before Christmas 2023 and a body spray which I have given to DD7 as I'll never use it.

    2)Beauty Pie flash face lift super drops serum. I'm a fan of serums but I stopped using this as it did nothing for me, currently using it in the morning to use it up. WNBA

    3)Beauty Pie super healthy skin deluxe body moisture creme. This my HG body moisturiser but I have so many others I need to use so I'm going to use this up and then not buy any more until the others are done!

    4) fuzzy duck hand cream NBI: - another gift from 2 years ago, part of a 3 set I will get through them!

    5) Vera Wang princess perfume NBI: - I stopped using perfume when I got pregnant and was breastfeeding, will start again now, still smells nice so will use everyday again WBA.
