Contacting Emerald Airlines

Hi, in August 2023 my return Aer Lingus flight was cancelled. I eventually got my expenses reimbursed by Aer Lingus but they advised for the compensation claim they had forwarded my correspondence to Emerald Airlines with a case number. I have followed up several times with Emerald Airlines about this but have not received a reply to my emails and I don't see a number to contact. Can anyone advise what I should do next?

If Emerald are being unresponsive (and were due to be operating the flight concerned) then you could escalate to the CAA PACT service:
