You don't get a "summons". This is not a criminal matter. It is a civil matter in the county court. You would receive a county court claim and you would defend it based on the advice in the Newbies/FAQ thread.3

And if that happens, a few months later, DCB Legal will discontinue! Easy peasy if you get a claim. Easier than POPLA.
