The situation's been passed onto the Manager of the shopping centre now, that was Monday and i still haven't got an email from the manager. I've just sent an email to prompt them. Do GroupNexus usually resort to a court summons like they threaten to do? The only thing i'm wondering about is if i leave the POPLA appeal and try to get it settled with the landowner / MP, if within the time waiting my parents will get a court summons.Coupon-mad said:Yes. You don't get a "summons". This is not a criminal matter. It is a civil matter in the county court. You would receive a county court claim and you would defend it based on the advice in the Newbies/FAQ thread.3

And if that happens, a few months later, DCB Legal will discontinue! Easy peasy if you get a claim. Easier than POPLA.
