Best SIM only (airtime rewards, WiFi calling)
What’s the best SIM only deal? Must have EU roaming, airtime rewards, WiFi calling, minimum 15GB and be with O2/EE. I am currently paying £9.38 per month. I’ve seen a deal for £8 per month but tempted to hold out until April so I don’t get hit with a price increase.

Airtime rewards can only be credited to mobile accounts with the 4 main suppliers & Giffgaff.
Giffgaff don't have WiFi calling, EE don't do cheap (and don't appear in the MSE cheap mobile finder) so O2 it is.
I've got 30GB for £8/mth with O2, not seen cheaper.1 -
