MSE/talkmobile deal with £40 Amazon voucher
Around the start of November I saw in the weekly newsletter an MSE SIM-only deal with Talkmobile which included a £40 Amazon voucher after 100 days. I signed up but stupidly didn't screengrab the details, and now I'm wondering (a) why I'm paying more each month than I expected and (b) what the precise deal was with the £40 voucher. All I remember was that I didn't have to claim it, it would be sent to my email address, which I provided. Can anybody please enlighten me? Or best of all tell me how to find the original details that were in the newsletter?

This one?6GB Sim just '£3.45/mth. This TalkMobile (Vodafone's no-frills network) Sim is £5.95/mth, but you can CLAIM a £30 Amazon voucher within 4mths. Factored in over the 12mth contract, it's equivalent to £3.45/mth.https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/tips/2023/11/14/
Trouble is, those links no longer point to the deal being referred to.

If your voucher hasn’t arrived, contact us at voucherhelp@moneysavingexpert.com and please include your full name, order date, order reference & email you signed up with. We’ll pass these onto the relevant company to sort but do check the T&Cs first to ensure you're due the voucher now.3 -

Hello all,
I find myself in the same predicament as the problem above. Back in January 2025 I too was looking for a Sim Only deal after my 2 year contract expired with my previous supplier. Through the MSE best deals section I selected a 15GB Talkmobile deal at the time for a £6.95 p/m 12 month contract that had a £60 Amazon voucher deal after (i think but not completely certain) 3 months. I am now coming up to my 4th months direct debit payment and as yet not had the vouchers that i thought would be sent via my email. I will wait until my 4th payment is made but if i don't receive them, what is my best course of action please?0 -
Check the terms and conditions for the deal to see when the voucher is due and if it hasn't arrived then contact the email quoted above.
But if you bought in January, then (if it is three months) the three months won't be up until sometime in April.1 -
Many thanks PHK for your prompt response and help. My problem is I don't have visibility on Martins Site of the deal I signed up to as its no longer available and I did not take any screen shots. This has taught me a lesson for future but for now I'm a bit stuck.
I'll look into the Talkmobile site to see what I actually got in terms of the deal but as for the voucher details they have told me that needs to be taken up with the offering site.
I'll dig a little further but will follow your advice regarding the link you kindly provided. I'll also wait until May just in case it was 4 months and not 3.
Thanks once again0
