I requested to switch on 26th Jan and I should be switched to them by 9th Feb. Since then the cashback offer of £175 has been closed. Will I still receive the cashback after completing the required steps?

When did you open the account? That's the critical detail - if you opened it after the offer closed, then yes, you're too late.If the offer was still running, and you are still within the timeframe demanded by the offer to complete the switch, you can expect to be paid.1

First Direct withdrew their £175 payment incentive on 26 Jan 2024, so if you opened the account before then (presumably you did) and also requested the switch, I would have thought they should make the payment. Don't forget to pay the £1000 within the 3 months of opening. Before doing something... do nothing1

Thank you both! Yes, I opened the account prior to 26th Jan. I’m still waiting for the switch to go through and will pay in the £1,000 when the switch is completed. I don’t see why I wouldn’t still get the £175 cashback?0

You will get it, and if not then a complaint will swiftly be decided in your favour, I would suggest.
