Vodafone Cancellation
I wonder if anyone has had the same issue as me, with Vodafone. I had 2 mobile accounts with them. After the 24 month contract had ran out, I called them and cancelled both. However (and I admit that I should have checked) the cancellation did not happen, and Vodafone took monthly payments ever since. I noticed this in July 2023 so cancelled the accounts again. However, Vodafone is saying that it didn't get the notification either. Has this happened to anyone? Vodafone said that they would have emailed me, and sent a text, but have admitted that they didn't have my email address, and we changed mobile provider and handset immediately so would not have received either.

Did you start-up with new phone numbers with your new operator? The usual way of ending a contract is to get a PAC code (to transfer a number) or STAC code (to get a new number) from Vodafone and give it to your new mobile operator.1
