Thanks for all your comments but I have my own legitimate cold wallet with funds in there. I’m asking if I can take my funds out of this account into my current account without any involvement from anyone else. Thanks
If you believe it's legitimate (and your own) then what's stopping you from accessing the wallet's contents?
  • I have a titanium wallet (cold wallet) with a large amount of assets in but the available assets show $0.

I've never had a cold wallet before so I'm just seeking advice on this. I don't uderstand how there are assets but they are unavailable.....

    thanks

I assume you are talking about crypto assets. What are they and how did these assets get on to the cold wallet?
Ex Sg27 (long forgotten log in details)

Massive thank you to those on the long since defunct Matched Betting board.

If you've never had a cold wallet before, what convinces you that what you're looking at is genuine?  How exactly did you set it up?

How do you know that it's 'legitimate'? Most likely, you created this so called 'wallet' on the fraudsters' own website and see there what they want you to see. BTW, nice word - "titanium". I wonder why not "platinum".

If you could you wouldn't be here asking questions.

Was it one of these? https://ridge.com/collections/titanium
Perhaps the whole thing was a scam from start to end. Scammers often come back to try to get a second bite of the cherry by promising to recover money the victim has already lost for a fee. If someone really had stolen your $250, then you'd be entitled to that back if it was recovered. You wouldn't be entitled to "a significant amount of money back" if that meant a sum in excess of the $250.

Is this for real? It has to be one of the least sophisticated scams I have seen in a while - Nigerian prince's excepted. Never ever make a payment to someone when trying to gain access to  money you believe is legitimately yours.
