Not sure where to put this

I bought this for DD for Christmas

she loves it, obviously, but I can't work out how to put the free downloads on the wording online says

Free content includes: 2 x Wallpapers, 2 x Screensavers, 1 x Polyphonic ringtone (theme tune for the movie)

there is nothing in the box & I have contacted O2 the reply is

"I'm afraid it seems the High School Musical promotion is specific to Woolworths and isn't managed by us. Unless there is documentation within the packaging of the phone with download instructions, you'll need to return the phone to the point of sale to query the download instructions."

Just wondered if anyone else has this phone & can help me rather than me have to go into town (want to avoid the sales rush at the moment)
