Bought a car from a second hand dealer faulty within two weeks

sounds like Buyer's remorse to me
what kind of dealer was selling this Evoque ?
I wouldn't buy an Evoque and if i did i'd have been buying it from a JLR dealer - JLR seems to be unable to deal with the QA/QC problems it has had for many years...

It's a JLR product, a marque known to have still failed to address it's quality problems
