Is it a personal lease? Raise a complaint to the leasing company - they can't control the dealer's lead times but they might help with compensation, or contact Peugeot for you0

Have you tried holding/touching for about 5/10 seconds one of the controls/ touch symbols below the infotainment?
One of them could be a reset (I have a different car) but holding down / pressing on the symbol ican turn off, reboot etc)0 -

sometimes the 'turn it off and on again' for infotainment is to pull the fuse (assuming it's not blown - in which case there;s your answer ) or disconnect the battery0

Even if the person has said they cannot reach the fuse ,disconnecting the battery on a new car can cause all sorts of problems.EnPointe said:sometimes the 'turn it off and on again' for infotainment is to pull the fuse (assuming it's not blown - in which case there;s your answer ) or disconnect the battery0
