Update No 2: Bosch came back the same day they were out for the diagnostic visit and fitted a new condenser unit and the cover that sits in front of the condenser unit. Immediately on fitting them they had a tighter fit and so far there hasn't been any further leaks from the machine so hopefully thats resolved the issue

Sounds like the pipe from Condenser to tank could be loose or not completely on the connections
If this was only purchased in Nov 23 then it's their problem as there is no access to you for these areas0
