New sim activation date query

Just received new 3 sim, can't work out if my monthly payments will be from the day I paid for first month (2 days ago) or when I actually put it in phone. Any clues please? Trying to gauge this to fit with a trip abroad

What sort of SIM is it. Contract or monthly pay as you go bundle?0

(I'm hoping!) Its a pay as you go on the Winter Data deal with 10G a month on auto renewal

It will be on the anniversary of the date the Data Pack was added to your account.
You can check this online/app if you setup/have a 3 account. Will also confirm your plan type.0 -
Thanks very much; now registered and its come up with todays date so am pleased it didn't start when I actually paid for it a few days ago - fingers crossed it works once we leave UK!
