DCBL Court claim

This should be easy to beat using the Template Defence. Basically, cite the Chan case, admit nothing and put them to strict proof of everything. If it's a DCB Legal claim, they will string you along, send you a few begging letters and even phone calls if they get hold of your number and then throw in the towel rather than appear before a judge.

Going to look into & read everything properly tomorrow while I’m not working & make a start, wish me luck! Thanks all for the help!0

AOS done 🤞🏼Just been reading the defence post and just want to check about this, does it mean Claims from Parking Eye direct? Not DCBL on behalf of PE?0 -
It means claims from PEye direct (not yours).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi All, Is there anywhere i can find an example of what to put in Paragraph.3? Mainly looking for how to word it best.... Or would my POC mean i would be better to follow the Harry Example? not sure what would be considered as 'Not stating the alleged breach'?0

Yes just read other DCB Legal claim threads. There are hundreds each quarter here. Either search for keywords or just scroll down the thread list and go back a few days, looking for DCB in the thread titles. Loads and loads...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you, will take a look now. In regards to the POC, do you consider that to state the alleged breach? or should it state how I have breached the terms? Apologies, just trying to establish whether I should include the paragraphs from @hharry100?Coupon-mad said:Yes just read other DCB Legal claim threads. There are hundreds each quarter here. As Keith already said above, of course that doesn't specify the breach.Charbil said:

What does the second sentence there add?
Whichever way they say it, it still doesn't say what the driver did wrong.
Which parking company is involved?do you consider that to state the alleged breach? or should it state how I have breached the terms?
