Thames Water not reporting to CRA

I moved to the UK (London) from a non-EU country last May, and I am trying to build my credit here...

When we moved here, my husband (Brit) became the Primary Account Holder of Thames Water, and I was added as the "Additional account holder" so I could build my credit from utility payments. However, I do not see anything on my credit reports, nor is my name on the invoice I can download on the Thames water account.

Is there any way for me to make sure I get reported...? (Also for some reason they have put "Mrs." before my name... is this the reason why...?

    No, some utility company dont report, some do, you cant force one that doesnt to do so. In any case if they do report, it will only be for the primary account holder, same as a credit card.
