I’m making a claim against the owners of the holiday cottage but i cannot find the owner’s address . I only have the cottage address . No point in sending it to that address is there ?

Have you downloaded the title of the property from hm land registry as they may have recorded a contact address on there?

I mean, arguably it's legally served if sent there.

It might make it more difficult to enforce any judgement, however

I have tried to find the address in the land registry for the owner but no further ahead ! I have found where she works through her phone number though and an email
