Make new doorway in wall

If I wanted a new doorway in the wall below so it is below the curve of the ceiling lip on both sides how could it be done - what is the process, will one side be above the ceiling lip once the door frame is fitted?

I don't understand  what this black rectangle actually depicts.
If the door is in the wall, why its top isn't parallel to the corner between the floor and the wall?

I also wondered about that, but I guess it could be the actual door half open.

There will be other doorways in the room -  why is the proposed one any different?

Assuming the wall isn't structural.  Otherwise it is a much more involved job.

The black rectangle represents where the proposed door will go on that wall. I was just wondering if a door is put there under the slope/lip of the wall (there's a lip at the bottom of slope) whether the door frame will be under the lip on both sides of the wall

All walls in the house are brick, this wall separates the front and back rooms. The doors to these rooms are accessed from the hallway but it will be beneficial to have a door between the rooms

We need a photo taken square on to the wall and the door position shown on that.  I'm afraid I can't understand what you are trying to do from the description above.

Are you asking whether the top of the door will be below the coving / picture rail on the other side of the wall? i.e., whether the coving / picture rail is at the same height on both sides of the wall??

You will need to put a lintel in over the door. A structural engineer should be consulted to determine the size required.

It could be the spine wall taking some of the roof load through struts from the purlins.
