So this is the reply they got from the lovely Scammers ...it reads,

Having noted your comments, and checking the evidence gathered when issuing the Parking Charge, we are satisfied that the Parking Charge has been issued correctly and your appeal is rejected. It appears that you were cognizant of the necessity for payment upon parking on the premises, as evidenced by your initial payment to park.

We can see payment was made to park for 2 hours, however the vehicle was in the car park for 2 hours 56 minutes which exceeds the extra time we allow.

Despite your assertion of an issue with Tap2Park, you have not furnished any supporting evidence. Moreover, even if such an issue were present, it does not absolve you from the responsibility of fulfilling the required payment.

Under the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012, POFA. We the creditor have the right to recover any unpaid parking charges from the keeper of the vehicle.

If you believe this decision is incorrect, you are entitled to appeal to the Independent Appeals Service (IAS). In order to appeal, you will need your Parking Charge Number, your vehicle registration and the date the charge was originally issued. Appeals must be submitted to the IAS within 21 days of the date of this letter/email. Please visit www.theias.org for full details.

Please bear in mind that the reduced amount of £60 is valid for 14 days as stated on your initial Parking Charge Notice. After this time, the Parking Charge will increase to £100.

Thanks Umkomaas, I will/do , thanks to you guys I've won a court case V VCS in 2019 in Sheffield magistrates when the lovely judge actually laughed VCS out of court to which their para legal as a last ditched attempt wanted to appeal the judges decision to which the judge replied 'denied'....that was a fun day out.

And a recent one from Highview went to court stage I went through the motions of statements etc only for their legal team to withdraw a week before court so 2-0 to me !

This is for a friend, just hope he doesn't get too scared of the threats !
