Any existing Vodafone customers manage to get a Vodafone New Customer Only deal??

I'm existing Vodafone customer and my deal ends 1/2/24
I have seen a few good deals (£90 gift voucher) on Money Supermarket that are for NEW CUSTOMERS ONLY and end 21/1/24
Questions:
1/ Can I still get new customer deal if my wife registers for the new contract?
2/ If we take up the deal today, can we set a start date for 1/2/24

That's their team who do retentions or at least that's part of their job and they're in the UK.

I was on a £30.00 deal which was due to almost double and they offered me roughly the same deal for £35.00 for 12 months.

That was near gigabit speeds.
