They are a god send, especially when you have issues with neighbours so sending to the locker always good. I've only ever had one issue where the item in the locker wasn't mine. If you check it before shutting the door you just put it back in and it gets sent back and refunded (obviously take a photo first).

Cancelled the sub now and from what I can tell, it was a coincidence. Appears they no longer allow hard drives to be delivered to the lockers from what I can tell, as its still saying its full yet the other item I picked, sata HDD cables, was delivered fine for the same order so the locker wasn't full.

Prime is still next day delivery for us for most items, and that's 'across the water' to the Isle of Wight.Sometimes, the initial email after placing the order gives an expected delivery a couple of days away, but most actually turn up the next day.That refers, obviously, to items despatched by Amazon.Can't complain about the service, especially as we've got a (expensive) ferry crossing as part of the delivery process.1
