Electric shower not working - confused and need help!

Hello,
Any help greatly appreciated - as we are stumped!
We have an electric shower that was installed a few years ago now. Never had a problem with it - Triton T70gsi+ White 10.5kW.
It worked fine as it always has done on Christmas Day and then stopped on Boxing Day. No noise when it was turned on, nothing at all.
We have replaced two parts within the system itself in the hope it would fix it - a new Solenoid Coil and a new micro switch - and yet it still doesn't work.
We then purchased a new unit, exactly the same as our current one, which we installed today and it still doesn't work. Same problem.

We've checked and water is coming through the pump. The pressure is fine. Electric is going through to the unit but it doesn't turn on and no water comes out.
Is there anything we are missing? I'm at a complete loss!
Thanks you massively in advance

Same problem. That suggests the fault is with the cabling rather than the shower. Take the cover off the isolation switch (turn the power off at the consumer unit first), and physically check the wiring. It may have come loose and have been arcing. If it is all OK there, check inside the consumer unit for burnt/loose wires. If in any doubt of your capabilities, get an electrician in to do the checks.

As FreeBear says, very possibly an electrical supply issue.
These showers pull so much current that it'll expose any less than perfect connections. It can be deceptive, since it may well appear that there is a power supply - the neon on the isolator switch may light up, and you may be able to measure 240v inside the shower. But, try and turn it on, and any dodgy connection can go 'high resistance'.
Look at the neon light in the isolator as you turn the shower on. Any flicker? Any noise?
There are other obvious checks to do, but they involve running the shower with it's cover off...0
