Vodafone yearly price rise based on out of contract price?

Hi - I've just signed up to Vodafone 100 Full Fibre service and wondered what the price rise in April will be based on.  Do they calculate the increase (RPI + 3.9%) on the in-contract monthly price which is £26 (this is what i'll be paying for 24 months) or out of contract price £39?

The in-contract price is the only plain English way to understand it. Unless your contract makes it very clear to the contrary.
I’m with Vodafone for a mobile service that offers much the same terms.

However if you’re on a cash back deal (I am) the price rise is based on the full cost.

Thanks - I went through Topcashback compare so it is a cashback deal.
