Vodafone cut off my broadband and landline

Basically Vodafone cut off my broadband and landline with no warning all started with i was getting a free upgrade to full fibre but when cityfibre came to install they found out the connection is at the back of the property but there's another property behind me so couldn't install it and and it wasn't cost effective to move the connection and now few months later bt now have come along and removed there wire so I'm totally cut off now and Vodafone have said there's nothing they can do I will have to find another supplier that doesn't use the bt connection  I also have vulnerable child so need this connection any advice what to do.

Go to comparison sites and check what available at your location.
Get mobile sim with unlimited data with 4G/ 5G router/ mifi as temporary measure?
Make an official complain to Vodafone? And I assume your contract with Vodafone ended?
