Amazon refund

I have been waiting for 30 days on a refund of £1450 from amazon. I have made numerous calls and chats but no success. Also sent around half a dozen emails but I just get the same email reply. Any help would be appreciated

I think you'll need to provide a bit more detail for people to help .
Have Amazon given any reason for delaying the refund ?
Is the refund due because you have returned goods ?
Have Amazon acknowledged that they have received the goods ?1 -
I was informed that I have to wait 30 days, which has now lapsed. The refund was for returned goods which were unopened. And yes they have confirmed that the item was returned.0

You said you've made calls and chats - Chats will be to the AI, but calls I assume were to a person... what did that person/those people actually say when you told them it's been longer than 30 days since your return was completed?
Next question - how did you pay for the item (and when)?
Third question - was it bought from Amazon or via a third party seller?
Final (for now) question - why did you return (was it faulty or a change of mind or something else)?I'm not an early bird or a night owl; I’m some form of permanently exhausted pigeon.0 -

Has the item actually been returned? How do you know it was delivered to the wrong address?Do you have any association with the wrong address -is it a previous address of yours, or completely random?
Where does the 30 days waiting for a refund fit if it only happened today?0 -
The wrong delivery happened today, ordered it yesterday and paid for next day delivery. Nothing to do with Amazon it was from an online store.i was notified by the DPD app that it had been delivered and obviously not at my end. Contacted DPD and they wouldn't give me the address where it was delivered to , they said that the seller would have to contact DPD. I never posted anything about 30 days ?0
