Ordered a £900 turntable from an online store and I was given a DPD tracking number. Item was to arrive today and I received a notification to say that the item had been delivered and signed for with a completely different surname to mine. Contacted DPD and they confirmed that the item was delivered but when I gave them my name and address it didn't match the tracking number. Where do I stand on this? Any help would be much appreciated

You need to contact retailer and state item hasn't been delivered.

I have done that and they haven't got back to me. I hope that they take responsibility.0
