  • What does that mean? Sorry I don't know what CNBC is? I've reported the DCB legal on grounds of them not actually sending out claim forms to ne and others all over there reviews it's the same ole thing! Remember post office series well if something isn't brought to light for a little investigation then they get away with conning people!
    If it was sent then I would have received it I read all my mail and it definitely wasn't sent.

    Claim forms are sent by the Civil National Business Centre using First Class Post NOT the solicitor representing the claimant, as pointed already to you.  You can phone the CNBC and ask them to send you, by e-mail, the Particulars of Claim from the N1 Claim Form and when and to where it was sent.  If you are considering paying, check the date of issue of the judgment and make sure you still can pay before the deadline otherwise it is marked as "satisfied" but not removed from your record for six years.

    DCB did not post the claim form. CNBC did.

  • I've paid in full something I didn’t owe!! The system is as corrupt as this government.
    I'm still going to make issues with the legal firm and the court system 👍 I've plenty of time on my hands 😊
    Big thank you for all who advised its much appreciated 👏

    Have some faith and don't write off everything as corrupt: the Government is stepping in and ending this scam.  They would have done in 2022 (and had done) but for the moneymen blocking it:

    https://www.rac.co.uk/drive/news/driving-law/private-parking-code-of-practice-set-to-be-withdrawn-what-does-it-mean-for/#:~:text=The RAC has learned that,50 –%20down%20from%20£100.

    Statutory regulation is happening and loads of work is being done.   They had no choice but to withdraw the Code to make it rock solid.

    The end of the claims & CCJs tsunami is hopefully nigh. I can't give dates or details but I am on the Government Steering Group and there are very good people working on stopping the worst conduct.

  • Well, i dont trust this government or the establishment they are not for the good people of our country. I would prefer the old school tactics with these parking firms it's the only way to resolute the vermin.
    Thank you for the assistance 😊
  • As you paid in full in order not to have a CCJ on your record, you must now make sure the CCJ does not go on your record! Don't assume that paying within the 30 days will automatically do the trick.  DCB Legal should have updated the court file to prevent a CCJ.  But don't trust them.  Phone the court and ask whether the judgment has been cancelled.  If the answer is "yes", you can move to the next stage of seeking redress (see below).  If the answer is "no" there is a procedure for you to get the judgment cancelled and removed from the register.  We can go into that if it becomes necessary.  To get the best chance of speaking to the court without waiting in a queue for ages, call at 8.30 sharp when the phone lines open.

    While you are on the phone to the court, if you haven't already gathered the following information, get it now:

    1. the date of the original claim form;

    2. the address the court sent the original claim form to;

    3. the particulars of claim - to be emailed to you;

    I am sending you a direct message with an idea for getting reimbursement.
  • I've paid up and to be sure it was removed I stressed the point in person at the Runcorn office! I basically said to those people that if I had to return there would be consequences and I believe they got the point very clear.
    I've seen a credit report with ccj removed so I'm content with that for now.
    My silliness is to return to the parking area and remove all the spring parking signs so they can't operate but I've not decided on that as yet.
    I'll read your message with appreciation and get back to you with thanks 😊
