Eurostar cancelled 30 December

I booked my trip to France using SNCF. This included the Eurostar train. This turned out to be a mistake when trying to find an alternative travel slot with Eurostar. Also when making a claim through SNCF I have no idea how much my Eurostar train ticket may have cost. SNCF are difficult to contact.-EG through email or WhatsApp.

Have you tried giving them a call?

They can't tell what the cost of the call is! It depends on where you're calling from, what your tariff is, etc, so you'd need to check that with your phone provider rather than the recipient - chances are you'd be able to avoid costs if using wifi calling or an IP phone service....tadl said:Thank you.
