I ordered perfume from The perfume shop, on their official website. I paid and the money came out of my account. No perfume. Was sent a link to pay an extra £1 for a delivery fee. (I should have known) still no perfume. The perfume shop have said that they didn't get my order and that the order number isn't correct. Then the extra delivery company took another £25 out of my account. The shop on my bank statement is saying leggingsoutletsho and the delivery company are called Carrierscheck.com

My bank are looking into it now.

So you paid the perfume shop for your perfume but never received it?  When it was not received as expected, were you able to get an order status by logging on to their official website, or by calling the phone number on their official website?

I echo this, that company seems to be scamming by masquerading as several other companies. I won’t go as far as to suggest searching on here as I have very limited success with the MSE search, but just a run through the first pages here will probably show up a few threads.

It wouldn't have been the official website.
Did you by any chance click on a Facebook link?

How did you get to to the website in the first place?

    Cancel your card.
  • No one seems to be doing anything about these fake scamming websites, such as The perfume Shop which has a legit company???? Why not
