CPS Plus Parking Fine

Hi Money Saving Expert

i parked in Colchester Tolgate retail park to visit furniture store to look for new bed on 29th December 2023. I left after an hour and returned the next day to make the purchase. I’ve just received a parking fine for parking overnight which I did not do. My car was at home on 29th and I would never leave my car in that car park overnight. How do I appeal this? They have sent me photos but I didn’t leave my car there.

Search the forum for any other "double dip" examples, also you could search for "orphan images".  You'll get results like this:

You aren't paying this scam. Have you got the retail park to cancel it now?
