1p Mobile - Is 5G tethering allowed?

I've been tethering my laptop to a phone with a network that only gets 4G to do group video calls. It's not working well, as the speed is not really up to it. EE has introduced 5G into my area recently, so I'm thinking of switching to 1p Mobile (who use EE's signal) to see if it helps. Is anyone already with 1p Mobile and have you tethered with a 5G signal? Did it work? Their website says you can only tether 3G/4G, but I'm not sure if they are deliberately excluding 5G tethering or if it's just an out of date FAQ statement.

Thanks. So have you tethered using 5G on 1p Mobile yourself? Was the connection and speed good?

Can't say I've noticed which G was in use when I've tethered. Speed was good enough to stream Netflix without too much stuttering.
