Hi all just would like to say someone from Music Magpie reached out to me today after having waited for over 2 months and promised I will be refunds all the money plus court cost according to the that person they read my messages here on MSA and he unreservedly apologies for the inconvenience cause and according to him there lots of scam going on  and they have to investigate my claim funny enough how can this be if Royal Mail sent me letter and email acknowledging phone as been lost and to forward to Music Magpie for a refund I shall updated when I get the money returned  this experience as leave me with a very bad feelings about online ordering but also taught me never to shop with a debit card for any amount over £100 use a credit card also thank for this forum 🙏

Just like to say after I posted messages here a Manager from  telephone me on the 16/12/2024. That was extremely quick he then informed me that he saw the message on MSE  Music Magpie  decided settled paying the full price of iPhone 13 Pro plus court cost of £70 and a measly £30  for the inconvenience and  stress I went through to get what is rightfully mine  i have asked the Manager for more money but he starting giving me an attitudes making quiet few excuses why he can’t 
thanks for site such as MSE because I believes had I not post on forum maybe I will have to wait for another 2 weeks  just maybe  at same time wasn’t sure if the case would have gone to small claims court . Anyone with a similar situation take it to small claims court thanks guys for your support 🙏🫣
