    Oh okay thanks so I’ll leave it and say nothing at all. 
    If parking eye somehow get back to me by February 6th with the actual lease agreement enclosed then we’ll go back to the other plan of telling them to P off.

    Even though they’ve sent me two notices now the original was just a notice to keeper and managed to get the details for the hirer as these have no lease agreement enclosed from parking eye themselves they can’t do anything. Think I got it

    No that's not what I advised.  Hopefully, it will be crystal clear this time.  Do not do nothing.  Lodge an appeal online on 6th February using the exact words I provided. If you get anything from Parkingeye before 6 February, come back for more advice.

    I did understand at the start, and then regarding the other document that got sent from the lease company I was just wanting to clarify my understanding of it. But fully on board with your advice to wait until the 6th before declining to disclose information.

    Don't just decline to disclose information.  That will achieve nothing.  Put in the exact appeal that I drafted for you.
