Does this mean they were only allowed to charge me a max fee of £80 as opposed to £100 (discount = £60)?"Parked for longer than permitted = Lower"
The Claimant is restricted to the £100 on the signage - plus court fees but not a fake admin fee - as my extra paragraphs for ParkingEye cases (that you found) explain.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

@Coupon-mad Apologies to ask again. I think i have finalised my Order/Draft Order & WS.
Any chance you can look over it and correct any parts? Mainly the red paragraphs in section of 'Sequence of events & exaggerated claim'.
I want to send this by tomorrow morning/afternoon.

Is this the correct link for the paragraph below? @Coupon-mad
Further, the DLUHC's new Code of Practice, which sailed through Parliament in Spring 2022, would be law (a creature of statute) by now, if it wasn't for greedy ANPR 'PCN machine' firms like ParkingEye blocking it and forcing the Government to draft the IA linked in this statement (Exhibit D).

As this is a witness statement supporting your application to have the judgment set aside and NOT a defence against the underlying claim, I would not worry about the fact that you overstayed (or not) until/if you have a hearing for the underlying claim.1

Latest update. Received letter saying it is going to court. Next letter was this, saying application dismissed.
I assume my appeal was rejected and still have a CCJ + have to pay DCBL?
