Managed to find all the correspondence received:1) Date of initial claim / “Parking Charge Notice” from Parking Eye: July 2023. £100; £60 if payed in 14days.Dated 5 days after the incident. Shows entering and leaving car park with +30mins overstay. On the reverse under the "Parking Charge Information" it mentions this in wording with info about signage etc.2) 2nd letter received from Parking Eye: Aug 2023. £1003) 3rd letter received from Court “Judgment for Claimant”: Oct 2023. £2274) 4th letter received, from DCBL: Dec 2023. £297Seems like between letter 2 & 3 there is a “Claim form” letter missing which I definitely have not received. Will contact CNBC Monday morning to find out where the Claim Form was sent, date of claim and the 'POC'.
Im anticipating they will say the same address; nevertheless as advised I will ask them to email me whilst on the phone.
If any of the above is incorrect, please let me know. Much appreciated thus far!0 -

That's a Liability Notice, dated August.
So the LBCCC must have been dated early September and the claim form early October.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Ok and were you away?
You need to put together the N244 and WS bundle of evidence.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

But as mentioned before, I never received the claim form. The clerk @ CNBC said the Claim form would’ve been sent to the same address as the other letters and was sent 2nd class standard (not signed for or recorded delivery).
I don’t know if I have enough evidence to support my case but will start sorting out N244 & WS nevertheless.
If there’s anything in the above that will be of good use, please let me know.0 -
The clerk @ CNBC said the Claim form would’ve been sent to the same address as the other lettersThat sounds like an assumption. Did you ask for or are they sending you a copy of the claim form0

They are surely not sending claims SECOND class?! Are you absolutely sure she said that?
Firstly you could get the retail park to urgently 'lean on' ParkingEye this week and see if they will accept £60 to consent to set aside this CCJ. If they will consent then the court fee is £108 and it's much quicker.
Look up the retail park or drive there tomorrow morning and find the agent's contact details on the entrance plinth as you enter the land. Ring the site agents up and pour your heart out. Ask them to step in as you now have a credit-ruining CCJ for shopping there, are they proud?!
If it's a single supermarket go in and ask to speak to the manager. Same request.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
