It doesn't give option to view know my app, perhaps because I'm POA. I have asked the account holder to re register for Internet banking so hopefully he can view it.0

As far as I am aware a person who has already been deemed not mentally competent cannot just revoke POA which is in effect, otherwise that would make it far too easy to bypass the safeguards the system is supposed to put in place.GrubbyGirl_2 said:If the account holder is not happy then he should revoke POA immediately, cancel the cards and have a new one issued
I would recommend that the OP speak to Citizen's Advice and potentially a solicitor and ultimately getting the Office of the Public Guardian to have the person abusing their lasting power of attorney removed, then potentially taking legal action to recover the funds misappropriated.

That site relates to Santander Consumer Finance, not the bank - there doesn't seem to be an equivalent form on the bank's site but page 11 of their privacy policy gives all the options for submitting SARs, including secure messaging from online banking:SiliconChip said:You could submit a SAR and see what you get, you might have to wade through a lot of irrelevant data to try to find the things that you're looking for though.

Irrelevant data can be avoided if OP makes a specific request, i.e. please provide details of cards used on all debit card transactions during a specified date range.0
