Lebara Port in Number
My number was due to be ported in from Tesco today and yes it showed it had been done after restarting the phone.
My phone is a Samsung S23+ with dual sims and had Lebara sim in position 1 and Tesco in position 2.
I had the usual service message from Lebara telling me about to install the config application but noticed it was showing message from sim 2, Tesco.
I tried to install but it failed, I then noticed if I removed or turned off the Tesco sim, calls and messages were faded out in Sim management but not Data, so it seems the number has ported but still using Tesco sim??
Spoke to Lebara and all they said will pass to the team as number has ported...
Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem and will it be sorted later maybe?

Never had this problem before when I switched to Lebara from Tesco a while ago.

I've been with Lebara previously but recently switched to Lebara again. I have never had any issues. If the number has ported then the Tesco SIM should be dead. I suggest taking it out of you phone and then you can dial *#100# to confirm the mobile number on your Lebara SIM

Thanks for reply, checked Lebara sim and number has been ported to the Lebara sim but sim manager on phone shows just Data working, calls and messages faded out unless I turn on Tesco sim, so seems number moved but not calls or messages, can that happen?? Is it something to do with the CP message being sent via Tesco sim and failed to install?

I suggest you physically remove the Tesco SIM from your phone and then review the settings on your phone for both SIM slots. If everything else fails then maybe the phone needs a factory reset, or possibly the SIM card is faulty and would need to be replaced by Lebara
