Although some would be put off by a pink Octopus supplying them energy as well

I too am surprised they have lasted this long but certainly wouldn't join them.

The Trustpilot review of the Fischer heaters also has glowing reviews, but somehow the MSE forumites don't seem quite so keen...

I quite like the simplicity

I was an OFTM customer for a couple of year in the 20-teens, I never had a problem with them (but I had no cause to contact CS).

We have been with Outfox the Market for a little over two years now and have never had any problems at all with them.

They adjust the direct debit amount quickly following any tariff price adjustments, have a simple monthly billing cycle and we have always found their customer service to be better than the bigger suppliers we have previously dealt with.

I think it's a bit strange that that article makes so much of their cheap offices. I'd be more concerned if they weren't in cheap offices. 

That's the thing, I suppose the prices are low as you aren't paying for huge state of the art fancy call centres.
