Well the good news today is I have received an E mail from Park and Control and they have upheld my PCN and cancelled the threat due to they say me putting the wrong registration in ?Thank you everyone for taking the time and trouble to reply to my requests.1

So they cancelled it? Jolly good.
Be careful out there, because private car parks really are not a place to seek out to park in any town. Especially not those with keypads or apps. I always avoid private car parks, even in car-hating cities like London, Oxford, Brighton. There is always a street to park free or pay & display.
You are always better finding an unrestricted street nearby. Councils don't use ANPR for enforcement of parking bays.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
