What if this is.. 5/6/7 years from now? Even then, only for visiting family in the Uk?

How long will you be abroad for?

Because if its going to be a while, all that will happen is a judgement will be granted, they may write and try to get you to pay, but once they discover your no longer in the UK, the whole process becomes academic, as debts won`t be chased abroad, nor will they affect you there.

After 6 years any judgements become unenforceable, and then they will be forgotten about.
