    Seems it's widespread. I had a PayPal reward reversed. Used 1250SB for £10. Only 950 SB were credited back. I raised a ticket for the missing 300SB (SwagUps) and since then I have had 2 x 50SBs credited. So all in all they have taken back 200SB. 
    Last month they marked my SwagUps as expired before the time was up. I managed to get that reinstated. If they don't want to pay out don't run the team challenge...it's that simple!!! 
    Just go back and send them screenshots of how much you got and ask for the remaining 200 SB.

  • I have just claimed a £100 Paypal payment with a swagup of 300SB from the team challenge. So far, everything has gone through as usual (with text verification sent to my phone and the code typed into the website) and I have received an email confirmation of the transaction.

    I have never completed any more advanced identity checks with Swagbucks (never uploaded ID etc) so will update if and when the money lands in my Paypal account to confirm if everything is back to normal.

    Vagabond: it should go through.
    It turned out that the issue was nothing to do with verification.
    I put my order through again and it's already in my PayPal account.
    From the mouth of Swagbucks:

    > we’ve decided to refund your rewards so you no longer have to wait.
    >You’re more than welcome to redeem for PayPal again, 
    > and rest assured that any new PayPal orders should process within our usual time frame.

    This happened at least once before at the end of January 2022

    No, but the Answer surveys are really messed up - the Preferences have cleared down and refuse to be re-set, and every survey I try immediately goes to "Not every survey can be a winner" - whether from the desktop site or the Answer app.  I even tried the surveys from the Swagbutton and the Home page but they behaved exactly the same way.
