I have not been trying much for the last month as there is so little on offer for me. I do agree that I am now more relaxed about it and I don't feel that I have to try too hard. If. very unusually, a survey that looks worth doing, I try it but I don't worry if I only get 10SB or less in any day - getting near my target is a bonus!!

Still no search wins. Just wish they were honest about it tbh, whatever the reason just a posting on their social media or blog or whatever "We're having technical problems with such and such" or "We're turning off search wins at the weekend because we're feeling the squeeze and passing it on to you" - As if!

I just got a 3sb search win, so search is back after a fashion.

Added: 2nd and 3rd wins were 5sb and 8sb

Did you get this sorted out? I've just had the same problem - redeemed for an 'instant' amazon voucher which is usually fine. Been asked to verify my account by mobile phone for first time ever and the number they have is the one I was using ten years ago.

Prompted by this, I've looked at my Swagbucks account details and cannot find a mobile number.  If they recorded a number when I first signed up it would certainly be one I no longer have access to.
Can anyone say how one can check whether they have a mobile number and what it is?
