All I can find that relates to this problem is this:0

my mobile number (last 4 digits) shows under Phone in my account, presumably if nothing shows under "Phone" they do not have a contact numberGeneral_Grant said:
Prompted by this, I've looked at my Swagbucks account details and cannot find a mobile number. If they recorded a number when I first signed up it would certainly be one I no longer have access to.economum said:
Did you get this sorted out? I've just had the same problem - redeemed for an 'instant' amazon voucher which is usually fine. Been asked to verify my account by mobile phone for first time ever and the number they have is the one I was using ten years ago.Doctorboring said:Hello! I've been registered with swagbucks for nearly nine years and the for the first time I have been asked to verify my account, they wanted to send a code to an old number so I contacted customer services. They sent me a link to verify my ID which I have done a few days ago but I haven't heard anything since and I'm unable to redeem my gift cards. Has this happened to anyone else?
Can anyone say how one can check whether they have a mobile number and what it is?
There is an edit option against various parts of the account and clicking on the one by "phone" brings up"Ready to update your number?Share your new mobile number and we'll help you verify it.Proceed to Update"

Yes, after a week or two I submitted another support ticket explaining that I have verified my ID but I still couldn't redeem a gift card because I have to verify with an old number. Five days later they emailed me with instructions on have to change my number:economum said:

Thank you for reaching out to us. We have implemented your request to reset the phone number attached to this account.
For your security and convenience, we are also including step-by-step instructions below that will allow you to enter and verify the new number yourself.
In order to add your new phone number to your account, please complete the following steps in order:
- Log out of your account and then log back in
- Return to the previous activity or reward you attempted to interact with that required verification
- When prompted to verify, you should now be able to enter a new phone number. Once your new number has been entered you may complete the verification process.

I looked at what was supposed to be my account details. There was nothing for Phone - not just no digits but also no "Phone" as a category. I suppose I shall just have to wait and deal with it if it ever presents as a problem.mjm3346 said:

It's Swagbucks so I shouldn't be surprised. I have a section headed Account Info which includes name, email, password, language preference and reset security question - under that section comes Phone then the 3rd section headed Linked accounts (paypal etc)General_Grant said:

Anyone else fed up with CPX. They suddenly stopped giving out 1sb even when you answer questions
So rubbish2 -
Hi missymouse, CPX has always been the backbone of my SBing (120,000SB) but it changed early August, now rubbish.
Got to £93, when I finally get to £100 will probably pack in, used to earn about £90/month currently about £20/month. Shame.1 -
Hi Dunn, yes it is a shame.I’m thinking the same. The swag boards are also a waste of time too because of the lack of suitable MR offers so never completed0
