Yes, install, get it credit and remove after. Not even checked what it does really, something about planting trees.

Just done it - credited instantly. Going by what the app says, it adds sponsored links to search engine results and the money it gets from you clicking on them (and probably any purchases, supposedly /cynicism) goes on tree planting.
