As search was missing for 2 days, trebling every search win would be appropriate (from FB some people spent hours searching)

I think they've done some sort of software update which has gone badly wrong, and the search wins are not the only issue.

I've completed eight surveys today, five didn't credit, so I raised a ticket. Customer services have now manually credited the points, but they are not updating the daily goal (which doesn't matter, because I've surpassed it anyway, but I'd be extremely peeved if I was relying on those particular points for my streak).

The surveys are getting more and more difficult to qualify for. I have always been OK with the Cint ones, but now I never seem to qualify and then get offered a survey which offers no reward for about fifteen minutes work (er... I think not!)

I'm about 600 points away from a £100 Paypal, which I should hit within the next few days. I think I'll take a break from Swagbucks for a bit after that, while they decide if they actually want any customers! I'll pop in once a day to grab the few passive points, but like others have said, the hourly rate has now dropped so low that it is not worthwhile putting in the time any more.

Sad. It used to be an awesome little earner!

A few days ago (31/05 I think) for the £1 and £3 Amazon they hadn't already put up

Swagsucks just returned my 2500 SB for a 25$ Paypal payout. Requested payout again and now needed to login to Paypal and verify my account. Let's see if they pay this time or if they drag their feet.

Swagbucks are really messed up!  I have just had an e-mail purporting to show my May summary, compared against the average for all members - and it is blank!

Yep, mine was blank as well

I just deleted mine without looking - checked the "trash" and it was the same blank

Took several searches to get 4SB which as bucks have effectively been devalued is generally only worth 3.2p rather than 4p
