Was it about boiler installation etc?  I've completed one of those today and no SBs when it would otherwise have led to meeting first target.  Reporting just takes more time.

yes this happened in May and it stuffed up my 7 day run but they just don’t seem to acknowledge it or adjust the totals from the day before.

it has become a PITA.

According to some posts on FB Swagbucks are having all sorts of issues apart from no search wins there are lots of surveys not crediting and the daily trivia not working for some - just looked at magic receipts for a partial todo list and there are no offers = EDIT just looked again a few minutes later and now there are some offers

And another one - Coca Cola and similar - took ages to complete and then no SBs, not even a DQ.
Am giving up now.  Waste of time, of course.

Just saw this posted on the SB reddit:

Seems like they're rolling this in - so you need to complete certain actions in order to "unlock" the ability to earn a few pence from a search win. I assume this is a daily thing that needs to be done but it doesn't seem like it's currently working. I guess they just switched off search completely whilst they test/roll this out.

This looks identical to what mjm3346 posted here on Saturday, and we discussed then.  It certainly doesn't say in either one that it is a daily thing - it still says that the search facility "will be unlocked for 60 days" after qualifying.

Sorry, didn't see that post from a couple of days ago and didn't read the small print where you're right it says unlocked for 60 days, which is something I suppose!

I don't for a second believe a survey is going to take over 30 hours to complete, but clearly something screwy is going on over at SB at the moment.

It is infuriating!  Whole lists of surveys, identical in time and SB but with different reference numbers, none of which lead to any surveys at all but all of which remain on the list for a very long time indeed, rather than disappearing once clicked.  It is such a waste of time!
